Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: 1. Identify, assess, and explore brain-compatible learning and processes. 2. Understand the theory and practical applications surrounding the concept of the ‘Multiple Intelligences’ in a variety of settings. 3. Be able to relate concept-based dance to other academic mediums. 4. Understand the value and importance of Creative Dance is field of study with rigorous standards. 5. Know the importance of upholding, advocating and promoting standards in creative dance education. 6. Know the importance of upholding, advocating and promoting standards in creative dance education. 7. Know the general processes of arts funding, advocacy, administration; local, regional, national and international trends in arts education. 8.
