MTH 243 - Introduction to Probability and Statistics |
Prerequisite: MTH 105, MTH 111, or equivalent course completed with a grade of "C-" or better within the past two years or placement by the College's Math Placement Process. Discrete and continuous probability, data description and analysis, measures of central tendency and variability, sampling distributions, and basic concepts of statistical inference, including confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression.
