Prerequisite: Basic computer literacy and file management. This course provides students with little computer experience the concepts and skills necessary to create static web pages using the current versions of Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Through hands-on practice students will master the concepts, tools and skills needed to construct web pages and publish pages to the internet. May be offered online.
