The second of a two term sequence involving problem solving
with a variety of applications of mathematics. These
applications include elementary probability and at least
two of the following topics: history and uses of geometry,
matrices and linear systems, Markov chains, game theory,
graph theory involving routing and networks, mathematics of
voting and apportionment, or other topic approved by the
mathematics division.
