HE 275 - Lifetime Health and Fitness
This course focuses on the relationship between fitness and achieving optimal lifelong health by introducing current health and fitness research. Topics include but are not limited to: emotional health, physical fitness, nutrition, weight management, cardiovascular health, stress management, wellness promotion and environmental health.
