Comprehensive skills necessary for the fabrication of metal
products. This course builds and advances skills previously
learned. Instruction and practice is given in estimating
costs, shop fabrication techniques, shielded metal arc and
wire drive welding. These skills are learned in the context
of assigned and graded projects, as well as the production
of actual metal products, some of which may be marketed..
