PE 185M - Meditation
A survey of diverse meditation techniques to enable students to find the appropriate methods for them. Includes understanding of the stress and relaxation responses and discussion and practice of meditation and relaxation. Includes breath awareness, sensory awareness, affirmation, progressive relaxation, autogenic training, visualization and others.
