PE 183U - Strength Training for Women
Use of free weights (barbells and dumbbells) and weight machines for toning, strengthening and improving general physical condition. Basic weight training programs for beginners through advanced levels. Abdominal exercises, flexibility activities, nutrition and individualized programs will all be included. A fun and active class designed specifically for women of all ages and conditioning levels.
