Designed to improve daily functioning, this class intergrate
rythmic cardiovascular and resistance excercises with core
conditioning techniques. Students develop deep muscles
within the torso to improve stability, mobility, strngth and
endurance. Steps, hand weights and elastic bands are
utilized to maximize excercise benefits. The class is
suitable for students of various fitness levels.
