HS 265 - Casework Interviewing |
Theoretical knowledge and skills needed to provide case
management services in human service organizations. Students
will learn the roles and strategies of interventions used
in a variety of settings. Students will learn the goals and
methods of effective casework including interviewing skills
in case management, case planning and treatment planning,
coordination, information and referral skills and record
keeping skills. Cross cultural issues in delivering case
management services will be explored.
