| CST 116 - Construction Estimating |

An in-depth study of techniques used to estimate
construction materials and costs for residential and small
commercial structures. Students will evaluate systems used
by material suppliers and contractors and will investigate
the application of computer data handling technology to
estimating problems. Students will be required to submit
independent study projects identified by the course
instructor.
