Prerequisites: BA 101. This course is an introduction to Human Resource Management. The course is designed to explore the functions, roles, and value of Human Resources. Discussion topics include human resource planning, recruitment and selection; employee laws; performance appraisal systems; employee training and career development; pay systems; employee benefits, safety, and health; and labor unions.
