Prerequisite: CS 161C+ (formerly CS133G) or instructor consent.
This course is a continuation of Beginning C++ programming. Topics covered include more advanced Object-Oriented programming concepts, searching and sorting, linear data structures, stream and file I/O, recursion, exception handling, and graphical user interface programming. Students will develop games working with a graphics library. Note: CS 162C+ was formerly numbered CS 233G. A student who has taken this class under the previous number may not take it again under this new number and receive duplicate credit.
