CA 176 - Concepts of Taste and Flavour |
Prerequisite: CA 163, CA 175, CA 200, HRTM 105, HRTM 106. This class will introduce students to the vocabulary and concepts of what we term "flavour". Students will explore how these concepts interplay between food items and between food and beverages.
