Some of the issues and people looked at are: the use of atomic weapons; the Marshall Plan; the Korean War; African-Americans' struggle for civil rights; Vietnam; post-War immigration; multiculturalism; the Cold War; the changing role of women in American society; and the politics and Presidents of the era.
