| FN 240 - Introduction to Nutrition and Metabolism |

Prerequisites: CH 112 or CH 221 This course will cover similiar topics to FN225, but will go into more depth on the process of digestion, absorption, and metabolism of the major nutrients. This course is designed for health profession and dietetic majors who have a strong science background. General chemistry is a prerequisite.
