HRTM 225 - Banquet Operations
Prerequisite: HM majors only. This course offers student learning experiences involving the running of a full-service conference center operation, using the Center for Meeting and Learning as the laboratory. Students are required to complete 30 lab hours in the Center for Meeting and Learning in addition to weekly in –class meetings covering all aspects of managing banquets and events.
