Prerequisite: successful completion of EMT 152. Elementary procedures of rescue practices, systems, components, support, and control off rescue operations including ladder procedures and basic rescue tools. Introduction to techniques and tools of patient extraction, emphasizing application to traffic assistance, as required for paramedic certification.
