Gyrokinesis exercises work the entire body through use of fluid spinal movement. Joints and muscles gently work through rhythmic spiraling and undulating movements, which invigorate the body. Gyrokinesis is smooth, connected, fluid postures which unite in the use of breath. Contents and expected learning proficiencies of this course vary from term to term. May be repeated up to 12 total credits.
