Transitions for Women
Sometimes change is chosen. Other times it is imposed upon us. Always it involves letting go of something in order to move on to what is next. Through class discussion, journaling, art activities, and visualization, we will learn about models and stages of life transitions and skills and strategies for coping with changing times. This class is co-sponsored by the Center for Community Counseling and LCC Successful Aging Institute. To register, call the Center at 541.344.0620. All supplies included.
