CIS 225 - Computer End-User Support |
Course prepares students to train and support end-users in a
variety of organizational settings. Topics include the
end-user support function in an organization, techniques to
develop and deliver training modules, and strategies to
provide ongoing technical support to end-users. Emphasis is
on solving problems with users needs analysis,
troubleshooting, and interaction with users. Taught in a
workbench lab environment.
