| SUST 120 - Gardening and Sustainable Food Systems |

Through classroom and garden learning, we will develop an understanding of sustainable food systems, including developing hands-on skills in organic gardening. We will explore industrial agriculture's effects on human rights and health, natural ecosystems, and sustainability in general.
