PE 183J - Jogging
Emphasis is on a progressive jogging program to develop, maintain and assess cardiovascular fitness, and muscle endurance. Instruction will include: joint flexibility, proper technique, training principles, workout attire, injury prevention and nutrition. A variety of routes will be used.
