Prerequisites: BT123 (formerly BT 114) and BT165. Introduces students to the use of QuickBooks for small business accounting. Attention is given to the application of the entire accounting cycle from the creation of a company file, to and including, the end-of-period closing for both service providers and merchandisers with an emphasis on planning and analysis. NOTE: BT 163 was formerly numbered BT 113. A student who has taken this class under a previous number may not take it again under this new number and receive duplicate credit.
