Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Maintain and/or increase fitness level. 2. Learn to evaluate and improve one’s own fitness. 3. Have improved speed and agility and learn the key components of training i.e. work vs recovery times. 4. Knowledge of injury preventions through increased fitness. 5.
