Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the successful student will be able to: 1- Perform welding in a manner that demonstrates concern for safety and welfare for self, others and property. 2- Cut steel to project dimensions using manual oxyacetylene cutting torch. 3- Metallic arc weld in the four standard positions: (flat, horizontal, overhead, and vertical) on all assigned projects.
