Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Execute safe and effective exercises. 2. Maintain or increase fitness level. 3. List benefits of aerobic exercise, resistance training, flexibility and core training. 4. Learn and apply methods for effective goal setting. 5. Identify at least one fitness principle.
