Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: 1. Name and write pitches in treble and bass clef. 2. Identify the keys of a standard keyboard. 3. Identify, understand, perform and notate rhythms. 4. Identify, understand and use common time signatures. 5. Write and identify key signatures. 6. Write, identify and perform major and minor scales. 7. Write and identify triads. 8. Write and identify 7th chords. 9. Write and identify inversions of triads and 7th chords. 10.
