Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Distinguish leadership from management. 2. Evaluate how structures, cultures, and chains of command achieve the goals of an organization. 3. Distinguish missions, visions, strategies, tactics, goals and objectives. 4. Use techniques to monitor employee performace and take corrective action when employees underperform. 5. Explain how laws and social responsibility affects and organization's performace. 6.
